One Year Guarantee Terms & Conditions

This guarantee applies to all services provided by Combatfix Ltd T/A Redring Property Services ("the Company") as of the date of completion of the work.

​

Scope: The Company warrants its services to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion.

Coverage: This guarantee covers any defects arising from faulty workmanship performed by the Company during the provision of its services.

Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

• Subsequent modifications, alterations, or repairs carried out by third parties.

• Negligence, misuse, or improper maintenance by the customer.

• Acts of nature, accidents, or vandalism.

Claims Procedure: To make a claim under this guarantee, the customer must notify the Company in writing within seven (7) days of discovering the defect. The Company will assess the claim and, if found valid, will rectify the defect promptly at no additional cost to the customer.

Limitation of Liability: The liability of the Company under this guarantee is limited to the cost of rectifying the defective workmanship and does not extend to any consequential damages or losses.

Transferability: This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who commissioned the services from the Company.

​

Governing Law: This guarantee is governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising under it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By availing of the services provided by Combatfix Ltd T/A Redring Property Services, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this guarantee.
